Vendor Info

If you're wanting to be a vendor (sales, food trucks, liquor tasting, etc) at 2023 event we have space available for our:

Artisan Market - 10x10 Booths starting at $150

Food Trucks: Starting at $200 per day

Preference will be given to vendors that offer ‘pumpkin’ items, it is the “Pumpkin Fair” after all.

You need to be self sufficient (tables, chairs etc). We are taking applications and will review as they come in. Please allow us at least 20 business days to  reply with our decision on acceptance.

These applications will be first come first serve, as soon as we fill all vendor spots this will close.


Hours of Operation

Friday (Food Trucks only): 11am-8:30pm

Saturday: 11am-5pm

Sunday: 11am-4pm

Location

Our Artisan Vendors will be located in the Gazebo near the Midway, across from the Complex (Weigh off), and then spread throughout town in the midst of the Festivities! We had a lot of success last year with our Artisan Market and are looking forward to continuing again.
